Alex MacKenzie joue un rôle clé au sein de l’entreprise. Il est coresponsable des activités de Procom Toronto, responsable de la stratégie et des services de dotation de personnel de Procom, et directeur du marketing de l’entreprise.

M. MacKenzie a commencé à travailler pour Procom en 1997 à titre de gestionnaire de compte. Dans ces fonctions, il a accompagné et conseillé des clients stratégiques et a ainsi renforcé la position de chef de file de l’entreprise dans le secteur de la gestion de la main-d’œuvre contractuelle. Son rôle au sein de l’entreprise a évolué au fil de la croissance de Procom.

M. MacKenzie fait partie de l’équipe de direction de Procom, au sein de laquelle il gère la planification stratégique et les processus décisionnels de l’entreprise. Il siège également au conseil d’administration de la National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses du Canada et est un membre respecté du secteur de la dotation en personnel et du recrutement.

M. MacKenzie a grandi à Thunder Bay, en Ontario, où il a obtenu un baccalauréat spécialisé en commerce de l’Université Lakehead en 1994.
