Procom provides major upgrade to the DFATD  platform and functionality.

OTTAWA, ON - MAY 6, 2020 -- Procom NCR is excited to announce that we have been awarded a significant contract with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD).

"As a result of a rigorous procurement process, the Procom NCR team is very excited to be selected as a top tier provider of IT professional services to the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development," says Matt Nicol, Managing Director of Procom NCR. With Procom’s assistance, DFATD will undertake a major upgrade to its platform and functionality.

As technology, application and software architects, as well as experts in project management and scheduling, Procom will provide support, maintenance and enhancements to application design and development, testing and problem report management.

This will be in addition to software maintenance, environment and application monitoring and the user technical documentation.
