Lucas Drury-Godden leads Procom’s BC operations and is responsible for directing the growth and development of our professional staffing and contingent workforce management business in Vancouver, Victoria and other major centres in British Columbia.

With over 10 years’ international staffing industry experience, Mr. Drury-Godden brings a wealth of recruitment, sales and management experience across verticals including Information Technology, Executive Search and Engineering.

Mr. Drury-Godden joined Procom in 2013, leading and expanding the Calgary recruitment team before relocating to Vancouver in 2016 to take on his current role. He is an active supporter of the BC tech industry.
